frequently asked questions

  • Up to 18 guests, keeping the celebration intimate and focused. Beyond you get into the micro wedding territory which requires more vendors, more staff, more planning.

  • The majority of ceremonies we hold are symbolic, simply because the amount of paperwork required to go the legal way abroad make things more complex than it should. Not forgetting that you would require your certificate to be translated back into English and authenticated back in your country to be legal there. It is much easier to get your marriage licence in your home country.

  • Every elopement includes exclusive venue access for 6 hours (there will not be another event on your day), and concierge services to help you every step of the way with all the details. Everything else will be tailored based on how you want the day to feel. Gourmet dinner and all the drinks for all the duration of the event, cake, as much or as little ceremony decor as you want, your personal flowers, tablescape design, our collection of furniture, your officiant or a shaman if you prefer a spiritual ceremony, bridal hair and make up, styling and coordination of your wedding day, shuttles from your hotel to Kima and back, etc.

    So you have a loose sense of the numbers, an elopement for 4 including all the above (everything except your media team) starts around $10,100 usd. You may want much less or much more, so it is much easier to speak to prepare a bespoke quote based on exactly what matters to you.
